Education & Certifications
I earned my M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and my B.S. in Psychology from Towson University.
I'm certified as SPHR and SHRM-SCP, with additional credentials in DiSC, Hogan, Myers-Briggs (MBTI), Emotional Intelligence Coaching, and multiple leadership development methodologies.
A frequent speaker and thought leader, I've presented, facilitated and shared insights at events such as the CLO Conference, Willis Towers Watson Conference, and the Learning and Development Collective, and was featured on the TrainingPros podcast.
Beyond the Resume
I actually started as an art major before moving into psychology, organizational development and Human Resources. That foundation gave me the ability to see patterns others miss, simplify what’s complex, and design solutions that are both strategic and human.
Outside of work, I spend my time with my husband and our adult son, and stay energized through movement and time outdoors - gardening, exercise, travel and golf.
